How to set up IPTV on a MAG box (MAG 250, 254, 322...)

MAG boxes do not use an app: they are configured with a portal address. Simply enter the URL we give you and send us the MAC address of the box.
Before you start
- An active subscription: your login details (or playlist link) are sent after you order.
- A stable internet connection: about 10 Mbit/s for HD and 25 Mbit/s recommended for 4K.
- The device you want to watch on, connected to the internet.
Step-by-step installation

Step 1 : Find the MAC address
It is printed under the box and usually starts with 00:1A:79. Send it to us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Step 2 : Turn on the box and open the settings
When the internal portal starts, press the SETUP (or Settings) button on the remote.

Step 3 : Open System settings, then Servers
Go to System settings, then Servers, then Portals.

Step 4 : Fill in portal 1
In Portal 1 name, enter any name you like. In Portal 1 URL, enter the address we sent you.

Step 5 : Save
Confirm with OK, then save the settings with the Save key.

Step 6 : Restart the box
Leave the settings: the box restarts and loads the portal. Channels appear after a few moments.
Tips for smooth playback
- Use an Ethernet cable plugged directly into your internet box.
- Check that the portal URL is typed without spaces or typos.
- If the portal does not load, restart the box and wait one minute.
